• Training and Development is located at UC Davis Health and offers professional development and enrichment opportunities for Health employees. UC Davis Leadership Challenge Development Program

The UC Davis Leadership Challenge Development Program is based on the work of Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner and their research of 25,000 leaders in public and private sectors.
